Turner Hall was my home away from home for four years as an undergrad Agronomy major. I still utilize those things I learned 20 years ago. Turner Hall is the face of Illinois Agronomy and our investment in this renovation will allow us to better recruit top talent, create a great learning environment and utilize the latest tools in teaching our future leaders.

This summer will bring the sights and sounds of construction as the 200+ windows of Turner Hall will begin to be replaced. This is just the first in a series of planned improvements for the Turner Hall Transformation Project. The project is focused on renovating teaching labs and classrooms. Architects are in the midst of designing the renovations for the teaching laboratories for Crop Science and Soils, incorporating the latest technologies. Construction is anticipated to begin on these labs in 2014.
