Gifts to the ACES Alumni Association fund help to continue to offer quality events, programming and recognition. The ACES Alumni Association hosts alumni events both on campus and throughout the state to develop and strengthen relationships amongst alumni. Programming, including ACES Family Academies links alumni and the broader community to the College of ACES. The College of ACES’ Annual Fund is imperative to our day-to-day operations. We rely heavily on every dollar given to this fund – now more than ever before. These gifts not only create an immediate and positive impact; they help the College of ACES attract the best and brightest.
We use these funds to help award nearly $3 million in scholarships to incredibly talented and deserving students. Providing student support through scholarships remains at the forefront of our priorities. We also turn to resources from the ACES Annual Fund to provide extraordinary study abroad opportunities that allow students to learn beyond the classroom. Currently, more than 35 percent of our students take advantage of these unique experiential learning opportunities.
The ACES Annual Fund also provides support for student and faculty research, modernizes lab spaces and infrastructure, offers internships to improve students’ leadership skills, and other efforts that will benefit our students, faculty and the entire College of ACES.
